After 20 years and countless moments with the elk on their breast, Elkline needed a new face to show who they are today and what they value most: Honest Made Apparel. The focus on those two aspects shaped our redesign strategy and execution for both Elkline’s brand and logo. At the core: their products. At the heart: the same youthful rebels who continuously try to break free from the status quo. Elkline is no longer confined by boxes such as outdoor-lifestyle or functional clothing. The new brand communicates clearly that they skip the fancy buzzwords and instead live true to their values to make honest apparel for real moments.

Far more than earthy red! OAGM was hired to reposition the company Globetrotter and to develop its brand strategy for the brand relaunch. The working process couldn't have been more exciting! And today: Globetrotter can be found with a new identity, cloaked in an earthy red. A change which rose from the inside, while still keeping its origins. With this relaunch, a new benchmark for the Outdoor scene has been defined.

While Corporate Design creates a unified visual interface for a brand, tone of voice identity (Corporate Language) puts another unique stamp on an integrated brand identity. When Berlin-based Outdoor-Lifestyle brands finkid and finside hired OAGM to build an integrated market-postioning plan, we also created a unique tone of voice strategy for them. We wanted to bring both brands together progressively and improve their brand communication. Their identity-based tone of voice gave finkid & finside additional tools to succeed through innovation.

OAGM was approached to develop the brand positioning for the new trademark and private label brand by Globetrotter.
The trademark is passing through an exciting first years. Between 2013 and today, Globetrotter not only experienced changes regarding the owners´ structure, but also the corporate brand has been repositioned. OAGM has also been in charge for the latter.
Since the beginning of March, FRILUFTS is available at all Globetrotter stationary stores and at the online store. Globetrotter´s customers are looking at a great product and Julius Geis, Founder & CEO is looking back for us on a great collaboration.

ON ANY GIVEN MONDAY has been selected as Top Class in the 2020 iF Design Awards for our work on the Elkline rebrand. The concept creation and implementation were driven by the goal to reflect Elkline’s core values and the craftsmanship of their high-quality outdoor apparel.
