Headstart Studios - Strategy & Corporate Design

Syndicate Design accompanies the Management Buy-Out (MBO) of Managing Director Marc Johannsen, who takes over the German branch of Avado Learning Ltd. and goes his own ways in Germany, Austria and Switzerland with the new brand Headstart Studios. The focus of the business activities is the development of digital training programs for companies. In April 2020, the company will be launched with the brand developed by us. With the takeover of all products and business activities in Germany, Austria and Switzerland from the English parent company Avado Learning Ltd., it became necessary for the new owner to develop a new brand. During a transition phase of up to one year, business in Germany was initially continued under the old name. Since April 2020, the change of name has been effective, and the company now operates under the new name Headstart Studios. The company headquarters remain in Hamburg. Headstart Studios, the new brand for digital training programs After a critical review of the newly developed vision, mission and purpose, we worked out the brand strategy and positioning for the company with the management. The target group are companies that would like to empower their employees with innovative tools, company-specific content and a unique mix of didactic methods to live their potential in the digital age and successfully shape the digital change.

Curél Website UK/US

Curél, KAO’s Japanese skincare brand, has so far been active and well-known mainly in the Asian region. In addition, there is a brand area in the US, where the market positioning does not correspond to the brand’s actual product. For Curél, the task was to design and implement the website for the UK and US. Also, this implement should be considered as a guideline for internal development based on the Adobe Experience Cloud.

Rosbacher digital

Rosbacher, the strong local brand for mineral water with the 2:1 ideal. Brought into the world of advertising for many years with the testimonial Michael Schumacher, the brand should also leave an expression on the Internet. The brand value associated with this core brand of Hassia Mineralquellen should have an effect where the young and sporty target group is on the move.

head&shoulders “Dandruff free”-campaign

head&shoulders is a premium brand of Procter & Gamble and the anti-dandruff shampoo No. 1 in the DACH market. dietz.digital came up with something very special for this 360° campaign. In the first step, a map of Germany, Austria and Switzerland was implemented on the brand website and tagged with the hashtag #schuppenfrei. This map was snow-covered, so it was completely white.

SPD Hesse – Campaign Municipal Financial Equalization

The SPD Hesse commissioned us with the campaign for the municipal financial equalization. The aim was to bring the communication round to a different perspective with regard to the distribution of state funds to the municipalities. The existing government is and was CDU and The Greens.
