Syndicate Design accompanies the Management Buy-Out (MBO) of Managing Director Marc Johannsen, who takes over the German branch of Avado Learning Ltd. and goes his own ways in Germany, Austria and Switzerland with the new brand Headstart Studios. The focus of the business activities is the development of digital training programs for companies. In April 2020, the company will be launched with the brand developed by us. With the takeover of all products and business activities in Germany, Austria and Switzerland from the English parent company Avado Learning Ltd., it became necessary for the new owner to develop a new brand. During a transition phase of up to one year, business in Germany was initially continued under the old name. Since April 2020, the change of name has been effective, and the company now operates under the new name Headstart Studios. The company headquarters remain in Hamburg. Headstart Studios, the new brand for digital training programs After a critical review of the newly developed vision, mission and purpose, we worked out the brand strategy and positioning for the company with the management. The target group are companies that would like to empower their employees with innovative tools, company-specific content and a unique mix of didactic methods to live their potential in the digital age and successfully shape the digital change.

Synertrade is a leading global provider of cloud-based solutions for the digitalization of procurement processes in companies. By providing the Synertrade Suite, a modular platform that covers the entire procurement process with more than 30 modules, purchasing processes are accelerated and simplified. The brand and all products and services are to be better marketed in the DACH region , visibility on the web improved, new customers addressed in B2B social media.

BRIDGING IT is active in the field of IT consulting. With a total of seven locations in Germany and almost 600 employees, they work mainly for large corporations and accompany them on the path of DIGITAL transformation. BETTY + BETTY supports BRIDGING IT in the area of employer branding in an agile process. Ever if required, we support various internal processes or take over entire topics on a project basis. So far, the employer profile has been analyzed on several levels and the communication with existing and potential employees has been revised on the basis of the defined IDENTITY or enriched with new measures.

CRAFTING IT is a subsidiary of IT-Consultancy BRIDGING IT and is responsible for service, support and further development of IT systems. With a clear employer communication, the attractiveness of Magdeburg as a location should be credibly communicated and the profile towards the surrounding competition should be increased. BETTY + BETTY has analysed the status quo and, on the basis of a comprehensive STORY, is focusing on the individual advantages of work organisation at CRAFTING IT over existing and new employees.

BAILAS CONTEMPORARY COIFFURE stands for contemporary hairdressing art and finds an exclusive home on Achenbachstraße in Düsseldorf's zoo district. The studio on the ground floor of an old building that was lavishly restored in 2012 is, in addition to the inspiring influences from the surroundings, also a place for relaxation and the necessary distance from everyday life. BETTY + BETTY transports the BAILAS brand into the room and is responsible for the complete interior design, from concept to implementation and the planning and design of individual furnishing elements.

The design agency Uniplan wanted to relaunch their website with a new design, look and feel to communicate the new brand position in the right way. This included not only the design, but also the development and copywriting. Uniplan reached out to us due to a recommendation for website design and development. Our objective was to create a new platform that mirrored Uniplan’s nature of design, creativity and strategy.
