BETTY + BETTY accompanied the benchmarking process as a partner within an interdisciplinary working group consisting of real estate experts and work psychologists and subsequently presented the results of the scientific study in a report.

BAILAS CONTEMPORARY COIFFURE was founded by the Düsseldorf hairdresser Apostolos Bailas and stands for exclusive hairdressing art. The core of the brand concept is the close connection between the master hairdresser and his guest as well as a HIGHLY INDIVIDUALISED service - with exactly one styling chair. From the welcome to the farewell, Apostolos Bailas is the only contact for its guests. BETTY + BETTY has accompanied Apostolos Bailas since his idea, has strategically advised him on business modeling and is responsible for all COMMUNICATIONS and design.

In 2016, the Gelsenkirchener Gemeinnützige Wohnungsbaugesellschaft-GGW reacts above all to current political developments. In addition to its core business of housing management and the construction of new housing, it supports the city as a municipal housing company in many challenging issues such as housing for refugees or the creation of kindergarten facilities. BETTY + BETTY has conceived, designed and edited the company report.

FORTUNA DÜSSELDORF and its marketing partner INFRONT SPORTS & MEDIA AG revise their sponsoring concept. In addition to a stronger integration of the brand and the core values of Fortuna DNA, the sponsoring documents are also to be updated on the basis of the new corporate design. BETTY + BETTY has redesigned the sponsorship documents in terms of content, concept and design in order to make selected Fortuna DNA values more visible to existing and potential sponsors.

With SCALE, EnBW is carrying out a digital transformation process. SCALE is a scalable, unified processing platform for all non-commodity products. Based on a modern IT architecture, it gradually integrates all previous isolated solutions from initial contact to billing into a continuous process. BETTY + BETTY gives this digital process a face. With the help of a clear identity and an overarching story, the transformation process is supported and facilitates the necessary adaptation process for employees.

BRIDGING IT is active in the field of IT consulting. With a total of seven locations in Germany and almost 600 employees, they work mainly for large corporations and accompany them on the path of DIGITAL transformation. BETTY + BETTY supports BRIDGING IT in the area of employer branding in an agile process. Ever if required, we support various internal processes or take over entire topics on a project basis. So far, the employer profile has been analyzed on several levels and the communication with existing and potential employees has been revised on the basis of the defined IDENTITY or enriched with new measures.
